Please note that an online reservation for our restaurant must be made at least 24 hours prior to the preferred reservation time. For short-term reservations at the GIGGI Tenn we kindly ask you to contact us by phone: + 43 (0) 5254 333 99.

Online table reservations are only binding if you receive a confirmation e-mail!

As security for the reservation, you will receive a link from us to deposit your credit card (€ 10.00 per person) – this is only for security purposes and the amount will not be debited to you in advance.

General reservation terms

After we have received your reservation, you will get our email in which you must provide your credit card details for security purposes. Only after you have provided these details will you receive our written confirmation - this is the only way your reservation will be valid. We are happy to keep your reservation up to 10 minutes after the agreed time or even longer if you inform us of the delays by telephone in advance.

Table Reservation

Please note that an online reservation for our restaurant must be made at least 24 hours prior to the preferred reservation time. For short-term reservations we kindly ask you to contact us by phone: T +43 (0) 5254 33399. Online table reservations are only binding if you receive a confirmation e-mail!

Cancellation

Up to one entire day prior to the reservation time your deposit will be refunded. Group bookings with special menu get the deposit back up to one week prior to the reservation time.

Bill

  • In the case of cash payment or bank transfer, the deposit confirmation must be presented to the waiter and will be deducted from the invoice.
  • If you make an online reservation using a credit card guarantee, you will not be charged in advance.
  • If we do not receive a credit card guarantee from you for the requested reservation, we will consider the reservation to be invalid!

Parking fees or free parking

DAY PARKING
During the day you can use the paid parking spaces of the Bergbahnen Sölden directly at our GIGGI Tenne. Various tariff and payment options ensure flexibility and easy handling. You will find all further information on site.

FREE PARKING FROM 5.00 PM
As our guest you can use the parking lot or the parking garage of the Giggijochbahn of the Bergbahnen Sölden free of charge from 5.00 pm. Simply tell our service staff your license plate number and we can check you out free of charge before you leave our restaurant.
