THE EASIEST WAY TO RESERVE A TABLE
FOR UP TO 8 PEOPLE & 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE!

Your online table reservation is only valid after receiving a confirmation email! To secure the reservation, you must provide a deposit by credit card (€ 10.00 per person) - the amount will not be debited in advance. You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the reservation. If you cancel after this deadline or do not show up, we reserve the right to charge your credit card with € 10.00 per person.

General reservation terms

The easiest way to make a reservation for up to 8 people is to use our online reservation form above. Choose the number of people, date and time and confirm your reservation by entering your credit card details.

If you make a reservation by phone or email, we will send you an email or text message after we have received your reservation and you must provide your credit card details for security purposes. You will only receive our written confirmation once you have provided this information - only in this case your reservation will also be valid. If we do not receive your credit card guarantee for the requested reservation, we will consider the reservation to be invalid!

We are happy to hold your reservation for up to 10 minutes after the agreed time or even longer, provided you inform us of any delay by phone in good time.

Short-term table reservation

Please note that online reservations for our restaurant must be made at least 24 hours before the preferred time. For short-term reservations or requests for 8 people or more, please contact us by phone on +43 5254 33399. Online reservations are only valid after you have received a confirmation email!

Cancellation with deposit

The deposit will be refunded up to one day before the reservation. Group bookings with a special menu will receive a refund of the deposit up to one week prior to the reservation time.

Billing

  • In case of cash payment or bank transfer, the deposit confirmation must be presented to the waiter and will be deducted from the bill.
  • If you make an online reservation using a credit card guarantee, no amount will be debited in advance.

Parking fees or free parking

DAY PARKING
During the day, parking spaces at a fee run by Bergbahnen Sölden mountain lifts are available directly at our GIGGI Tenne. Several tariff and payment options ensure flexibility and easy handling. Please find all further information on site.

FREE PARKING FROM 5.00 PM
From 5:00 PM onwards, our guests can use the car park or parking garage of Giggijoch mountain gondola run by Bergbahnen Sölden lift company free of charge. Simply tell our service staff your car license plate number and we can check you out free of charge before you leave our restaurant.
